How should I act on the information provided at this site?
The purpose of this site is to provide you with an information service. If you think you may need investment or legal advice, we suggest you approach a licensed investment adviser or Legal Counsel. Fee Disclosure
LendSAFE may from time to time, in its absolute discretion, offer members the opportunity to participate in the Accredited Lenders program on terms that differ from, or are in addition to, the terms outlined in this paragraph.
LendSAFE may receive a referral commission from third parties based on sales or subscriptions of reports and newsletters advertised or referred to on LendSAFE.com.au [or in newsletters or reports sent to you by LendSAFE].
LendSAFE may also receive fees for advertising on LendSAFE.com.au or in newsletters or reports sent to you by LendSAFE.
LendSAFE may have a financial interest in the outcome or success of financial products offered or made available to you via LendSAFE.com.au, or that are otherwise offered or made available to you by or on behalf of LendSAFE.
GST:
Unless stated otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services provided by LendSAFE are GST exclusive. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax Invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

- Terminate your membership immediately without notice to you if you have committed a breach of these terms and conditions;
- Deactivate your membership if you have not used LendSAFE.com.au for a period of 6 months or more (from the date of last use); and/or
- Permanently or temporarily block your access to all or part of LendSAFE.com.au.
Intellectual property and restrictions on use of content on the website:
The intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all information, text, material, graphics, software, source code and advertisements on the website ("Content") are owned and/or controlled by LendSAFE, its suppliers and/or licensors unless expressly indicated otherwise on the website.
