Delivery and Refund Policy
At LendSAFE, we strive to provide information which will empower our customers in their decision-making and believe our customers will value our services and derive comfort from them.
Customers of lendsafe.com.au who order reports, will receive their reports via an email. LendSAFE may choose to use different agents for providing the information contained in the reports. Our information providers include GXS Global Information Services, RP Data, Search Engines, News Services and various other specialised websites which can provide the information within efficient time frames. We access a variety of different public records sources and other websites and although we strive to update these sources frequently, as you can imagine, some of the sources can be slow to update public information. Therefore we are as current as they are but some of the updates are out of our immediate control. The information contained in our reports may vary from time to time according to availability and suitability.
Our delivery charges are nil, however our product fees are displayed prior to order payment and delivery. All orders made though the website will be charged the whole amount before the products are collated and delivered. These charges will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST will be applied accordingly.
Your products will be delivered via email to the address nominated on your on-line account. This address can be changed at any time by an authorized user simply by logging in to your account using your secure password.
Due to changing technology and legal developments, this Policy may be altered or ammended from time to time in LendSAFE's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. If a customer does not receive the report, or has difficulties in accessing the report, they are invited to contact LendSAFE via email (info@lendsafe.com.au) or phone 1300 LEND SAFE and the report will be transmitted once again via direct email.
Customers who believe a report is not fair value-for-money will receive a full refund.
